If you have a complaint about a breach of the APPs, please contact our Privacy Officer. We will investigate and respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at https://www.oaic.gov.au.

9. International Transfers
We generally store data within Australia. If we transfer personal information overseas (e.g. cloud servers), we will ensure appropriate safeguards under APP 8.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website and will be effective on the date shown.

This Policy is effective from 1st July 2025.

12. Definitions
Personal Information: Information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.
Sensitive Information: A subset of personal information that includes health, race, political opinions, membership of a professional association, and tax file number.
APPs: Australian Privacy Principles set out in Schedule 1 to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
